Restroom Calculation Chart
This chart will help you determine how many restrooms you will need at your event.
You should add an additional 15-20% more restrooms if alcohol is being served.
You should also add a minimum of one Accessible Restroom for every 20 portable restrooms.
A minumum of one handwash station should be added per four restrooms.
- Determine how many hours your event will last. If multiple days, use the longest day.
- Determine your guest count, If multiple days, use the day with the largest attendance.
- Use the chart to determine the number of restrooms needed for your upcoming event.
